Family Care Network accepts one Apple Health (Medicaid) plan*:
We also accept Coordinated Care for foster care only.

If you have questions about whether your insurance plan is accepted, please call your clinic or our Patient Accounts Department at (360) 318-8800 or (866) 494-4414. We offer private pay options for patients with no insurance.
*As of January 1, 2024, we no longer see patients on health insurance plans that are not contracted with Family Care Network. This change applies to all non-contracted plans that serve as a patient’s primary coverage. Medicaid/Apple Health examples include plans from Amerigroup, CHPW, Coordinated Care (except foster care), and United Healthcare, and any other non-contracted plans.
