Insurance – Medicare

Family Care Network (FCN) accepts several types of Medicare insurance, however we encourage our patients to explore the benefits of choosing a Medicare Advantage plan accepted by FCN. Many of our patients find that Medicare Advantage plans offer coverage that better meets their individual health care circumstances. These plans work closely with us so you and your physician can manage your overall health in a comprehensive, coordinated way.

For 2025, we accept Medicare Advantage plans from:

Please note: FCN does not accept non-contracted Medicare Advantage plans that serve as primary coverage, including non-contracted Medicare Advantage plans offered through an employer retirement benefit. This includes Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Anthem, BC/BS, Cigna, Optum, Regence, United Healthcare, and any other non-contracted Medicare Advantage plans.

Medicare supplement (Medigap) plans are secondary to Medicare and do not require a contract to be accepted. FCN accepts all Medicare supplement plans.

TO ESTABLISH CARE AS A NEW PATIENT: Please use our Find a Provider tool to check which physicians are accepting new Medicare patients and/or the Medicare plans accepted.

ESTABLISHED FCN PATIENTS: We accept a variety of Medicare insurance, such as original Medicare, Medicare supplement plans, and the Medicare Advantage plans listed above*. We recommend reaching out to your clinic to confirm that FCN is contracted with the specific plan(s) you are considering before making a decision or change.
