Insurance - Medicare

Family Care Network (FCN) accepts many types of Medicare insurance*, however we encourage our patients to explore the benefits of choosing a Medicare Advantage plan accepted by FCN. Many of our patients find that Medicare Advantage plans offer coverage that better meets their individual health care circumstances. These plans work closely with us so you and your physician can manage your overall health in a comprehensive, coordinated way to keep costs low.

For 2022/2023, we accept Medicare Advantage plans from:

*TO ESTABLISH CARE AS A NEW PATIENT: Please use our Find a Doctor tool to check which physicans are accepting new Medicare patients and/or the Medicare plans accepted.

*ESTABLISHED FCN PATIENTS: We accept a variety of Medicare insurance, such as original Medicare, Medicare supplements, many employer-based Medicare retirement plans, and the Medicare Advantage plans listed above. We recommend reaching out to your clinic to confirm that FCN accepts the specific plan(s) you are considering before making a decision.
