We are a 100% family medicine clinician-owned and clinician-led group, committed to preserving physician autonomy, clinical excellence, and the long-term sustainability of family medicine and healthcare in general.
In addition to our clinic locations in Whatcom and Skagit counties, we are actively recruiting family medicine clinicians to join multiple new and growing practices planned across King and Snohomish counties.

We currently operate 12 outpatient clinics serving more than 100,000 patients from diverse backgrounds in the communities of Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Blaine, Mount Vernon, Anacortes, and Woodinville (opening in 2026).
In addition, we offer a variety of additional services including three urgent care centers, clinic-based behavioral health, care management, sports medicine and laboratory services. Our clinicians vary widely in their practices with some focusing solely on outpatient care while others add some combination of OB care and/or urgent care.
