Internet, phone systems restored at Skagit County clinics

UPDATE Friday, Nov. 22: Internet and phone systems have been restored to all Family Care Network clinics in Skagit County. Clinics are open and seeing patients.

UPDATE: As of 7:30am Thursday, Nov. 21, repairs to the phone systems and or/internet due to damage from Tuesday night’s storm are continuing.
Clinics will be open and seeing patients on Thursday.

As of 10am Wednesday, Nov. 20, all Family Care Network clinics in Skagit County are experiencing outages with their phone systems and/or internet due to downed lines following last night’s storm.
  • Mount Vernon Family Health and Urgent Care – Mount Vernon: phone and internet are down. No incoming our outgoing calls.
  • Island Family Physicians in Anacortes and North Cascade Family Physicians in Mount Vernon: internet is down, however phones are working normally.
All clinics are open and seeing patients. Patients of affected locations who are trying to reach their care team may experience delays. Please consider sending a secure message via MyChart for non-urgent medical concerns.
Repairs may take a full day to complete. We will update this page as we get additional information. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
