If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (e.g., runny nose, fever, cough, muscle aches, sore throat, and fatigue), we ask that you follow some important steps before you visit our primary care or urgent care clinics.
- Call ahead and let staff know of your symptoms when you book an appointment.
- Do not immediately enter the waiting room when you arrive at one of our clinics. Please wait in your car and call the clinic to let staff know you have arrived. You may be asked to wait in your car or to enter through a side door.
- After regular clinic hours, contact the on-call provider at your clinic before seeking care at an urgent care center or emergency room.
- Wear a mask at all times, unless your provider asks you to remove it during your exam.
Our doctors are often able to assess symptoms and provide guidance over the phone or through virtual appointments. To learn more, check out our telemedicine service. Learn more about our response to COVID-19 at familycarenetwork.com/alert-info.
