A trusted partner to care for you and your baby

Choosing a doctor for OB care is one of the first big decisions you’ll make after becoming pregnant. When you choose a family physician for OB care, it is the start of relationship that lasts far beyond pregnancy. You will build your pregnancy and delivery plan with a doctor who gets to know you, your family, and your baby. Even better, the relationship you build with your doctor during pregnancy can continue with your child after birth. The same doctor you have come to know and trust can become your baby’s doctor, too!

A special type of OB care

Family physicians are residency-trained, board-certified specialists who provide collaborative and family-focused OB care – from conception to delivery and beyond. Several of our doctors also perform c-sections. All of our OB providers work as a team to support all Family Care Network patients, even if you receive your pregnancy care at a different FCN clinic. If care by another type of specialist is needed during your pregnancy, your family physician will make sure you receive proper consultation in a timely manner.

Family Care Network also offers additional services that support our patients during pregnancy, including on-site lab services, three urgent care locations, and after-hours on call providers.

A message from our CEO

Family Care Network is a local, independent, provider-owned family medicine network in northwest Washington State. We are actively recruiting board-certified Family Physicians (MD/DO) to join our outstanding health care teams. We also have opportunities for family practice ARNPs and PA-Cs.

We practice a full spectrum of family medicine, from obstetrics and prenatal care, preventive and wellness care, sports medicine, minor procedures (joint injections, suturing) to geriatrics. In addition to our outpatient practices, we have our own embedded lab services in most of our clinics, an inpatient services program, and three urgent care clinics. Our clinics are located in Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Birch Bay, Mount Vernon, and Anacortes.
