New patients welcome
Family Care Network offers comprehensive primary health care for patients in all ages and stages of life. Our family medicine providers – whether it is an MD, DO, ARNP or PA-C – are trained in a broad spectrum of specialty knowledge so you can see one provider for the majority of your health care, whether it is a new or ongoing condition or even a common procedure. Family Care Network also has many doctors who provide OB and newborn care as a part of their practice, including several who perform C-sections.
When you choose a primary care provider (PCP) at FCN, you will benefit from a trusted, ongoing relationship that is built over time. Your PCP will work with you to help you achieve the best health possible, with a special focus on evidence-based preventive health measures and active management of chronic diseases. Even though your PCP can manage most health concerns, we understand that specialty care may be needed at times. As your partner in health, we will coordinate with other specialists whenever needed.
